Prescription Products Are Non-Refundable
All ZO® Skin Health prescription products supplied by Face Medical Clinic are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
Once a prescription has been approved and the product dispensed.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
This is because:
- Products are prescribed specifically for you
- Medicines cannot be resold or reused
- Returned prescription items must be destroyed
- This protects patient safety and complies with UK medicines law
Legal Exceptions Only
We will offer a refund or replacement only if required by law, including if:
- The product is faulty
- The incorrect product was supplied
- The product is not as described
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind
- Unsuitability after use
- Adverse reactions (where appropriately prescribed)
- Opened or partially used products
- Lack of expected results
